私の評価
Manus は coding agent より広い tool です。だからこそ慎重に分類すべきです。software artifacts は作れますが、中心は research、design、websites、apps、automation、workflow tasks を扱う general-purpose action agent です。
私の評価：Manus を Claude Code と同じ bucket にそのまま入れるべきではありません。Claude Code は repository-native、Codex は software-work native、Manus は action-native です。surface が広いことは価値ですが、scope control と review の必要性も上がります。
どう評価するか
code だけでない task、たとえば market research、site draft、assets、workflow automation、lightweight app では Manus が候補になります。ただし acceptance criteria は明確にします。
評価軸：
- acting before clarification になっていないか。
- data / permission boundaries が明確か。
- artifacts を独立して review できるか。
- 必要な時に repository tool へ clean handoff できるか。
- broad automation の裏に重要な decision を隠していないか。
向いているケース
- research、design、automation、apps を含む broad tasks。
- pure coding tool ではなく action agent が欲しい users。
- repository-level implementation 前の early product exploration。
向いていないケース
- existing codebases の deep maintenance。
- review gates がない regulated production work。
- すべてを Git、CI、local tests の中で進める必要がある teams。
